While trying to use my F1 Ultra, the fire alarm keeps tripping when there is no need for it to alert. I have cleaned the filters, cleaned the lense, and reset the alarm but each time I try to engrave, the alarm goes off again. I am engraving a wine tumbler (white over stainless steel) and the baseplate of my machine has a blue plastic plate on it. I am engraving on a flat surface with good ventilation. In the latest firmware version 2.4.27, there is no option to turn off the alarm. Every time I start using my machine again, the same issue occurs after engraving for 2 seconds and it is ruining my tumblers.
