Hello, I am contacting you again because I still have the same problem with the laser head.

When I try to do any work with M1 when it finishes cutting or engraving..... I immediately get the error message that says "X-axis reference error (error code Qx14 3)" while the button indicator light turns red with a loud sound when the laser module touches the left side cover, this indicates an X-axis reset error.
I honestly think that what is happening with the laser generator is not normal. It is not possible that after working for a couple of hours, I get the Qx14 3 error.

Ok I turn off the M1 and follow the cleaning instructions as indicated.

I take it apart, clean it, put it back together, make sure everything is in place, turn on the machine and the laser generator goes back to its position.
But when I want to do any cutting or engraving project, when the machine finishes doing the project, I get the Qx14 3 error again.

The problem is that from taking the screws out and putting them in so much they are getting damaged and there will come a time when I can no longer screw the screws in any more.

It is a horrible situation and I am very very desperate.
On the other 3 occasions that I contacted you with the same problem, (you can read the emails I sent you), I sent you photos and videos. You advised me to follow the steps of Cleaning the Interior of the Laser Module and its Internal Parts etc etc. I understand that this type of maintenance should be done 1 or 2 times a month, but not every time it is used.

Honestly, it is not normal that every time I use the machine I have to assemble and disassemble it... it is not normal. I think that the laser head had to have come damaged from the factory or something similar.

Anyway, I hope they give me a solution to solve this problem.
