I am experiencing an issue with my xTool M1 Ultra 20W. When I send the command to cut or engrave, the laser head moves correctly along the designated path, but no laser light is emitted.

I have checked the following:

• The machine is properly connected and powered on.
• The software settings are correctly configured.
• The material is placed correctly, and the focus is set.

Despite these checks, the problem persists. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
