M1 Ultra red crosshair missing

Hi,

I setup my new XTOOL M1 ultra but the red crosshair is not showing up. I already contacted support 6 days ago but didn't get an answer yet. Does that happened to anyone of you? 

I assume the basic unit has an production error. If that is the case, any suggestions how I can get this fixed or replaced if support is not answering?
