I'm having issues with my Rotary Attachment 2. I'm trying to engrave a skinny 20oz tumbler, but the RA2 doesn't rotate the tumbler. The laser head moves back and forth as intended, but It's only engraving a straight line. I've gone through the troubleshooting website. I've updated to the newest version of XCS, turned off the S1 to connect the RA2 USB cable, and made sure the screws were not too tight or loose to no effect. I have also made sure the RA2 isn't set to use the chuck.  A couple of weeks ago I was engraving tumblers no problem. But now it isn't rotating as it should. I've purchased a new USB cable from Xtool, but is there anything else I can do that isn't suggested on the website? I'm using the S1 10w.
