I am very concerned about my decision to gowith XTool for gtting into the world of laser cutting and engraving.  

It seems like the latest version of the software is riddled with bugs and on my mac, never makes it past the splash screen.  I have been looking for and trying different solutions all this past week and so far, no luck.

Unfortunately, I am a brand new user/purchaser of this system, so I don't have any old downloads floating around from previous installs.  

Does XTool really not publish older versions of their software to provide a path for their users when their current “stable” version is unusable?  

I did get a week or so of use and was pretty happy with the machine overall.  That is, until I tried to use the conveyer, which is a colossal engineering debacle.  I'll save those questions and comments for another post, as I'd really like to be able to find some way to run the software so I can use my machine.

Sure hope XTool is going to be able to make this right and put out some usable / functional software to drive my crazy expensive desk weight.
