Has anyone else had issues with their M1 Ultra not working the way it did before the newest update? My laser barely scores the lightest wood much less cuts through it. I have done the recommended maintenance like cleaning the probe and the laser lens (cleaned as specified). Yet the laser seems to be extremely underpowered compared to how it was just the other day before I took the newest update.

Update: I'm working with the support team to figure out the issue. Reverting to the old software didn't wholly fix the issue. I believe the issue is with the firmware for the actual machine and not the XCS Software. 

12/2/2024 Update: Service was not able to figure out the issue and are issuing a new laser module. Fingers crossed that fixes all issues.

Solved: Xtool replaced my laser module and it works great.
