My F1 came unplugged on accident while I was framing a leatherette patch. I plugged it back in to continue working. When I turned it back on, it made a dull chime type noise and the “XTOOL” on the front lit up like it was turning on. The machine makes a light buzzing noise like it is working, but it does nothing. There is not a light on around the knob that turns to move the laser module up and down, and it will not connect to the computer. The lasers also will not turn on at all.

I do have reset the emergency button, the laser cover is not on, the key is in (and I have swapped it with the other one that came with it), I have turned it off and unplugged it for 30 seconds to a minute several times, I have inspected the knob and the USB port. I have gotten through all of the AI suggestions to the point they just point me to the “xTool Support Guide”, which only takes me through the same stuff the AI already had me do. 

I am hoping someone else has been through the same issues I have, and they know a solution to my problem. The only other person I found so far has been on a Facebook group and he said they had to exchange his F1.
