I purchased the F1 extension Tray with my F 1, the Laser machine is working perfectly and great tool, yesterday I tried to install and connect the Extension with no success, having watched the online video it all seemed very simple, however when I press the NEXT button on the screen to do the alignment, the tray moves to the right and then stops and makes a terrible grinding noise! I turned the machine off and started the process from scratch again, unfortunately it does the same thing, sounds like something inside is broken with the extension. I have raised a ticket with X tool but with no response yet. Whilst on that subject my ticket doesn't show in MY TICKETS, is this normal and does it take 24-48 hours to be registered?    Thank you , any help would be greatful
