I just bought my P3 and immediately had issues. I’m unable to cut at all because the lines are wobbly and don’t connect. When my module moves on the y-axis, it makes a grinding noise. The belts are both the same tension and don’t seem to even change when I try to adjust. Maybe I’m doing it wrong. I don’t know because I can’t find any answers online on the P3.

I’ve gotten the Gantry Calibration error multiple times and have troubleshot that already. Both limit switch lights are acting appropriately. X-axis is fine but Y-axis (seemingly on the left side) just grinds and acts like it’s struggling rather than moving smoothly when going from front to back and back to front. I’ve checked multiple times for debris, but like I said, this laser is brand new. I haven’t even been able to use it yet because it’s just not useable at all the way it is. 

Ive attached a picture of the cuts I’m getting. As well as a video of the machine cutting. 
Waiting on support but who knows how long that will take. 

Please help! 

Also, I’ve noticed there isn’t even an option to select the P3 for community help. What’s up with that?!

ETA: the belts on both sides of the machine walk on the pulleys from side to side when moving the gantry back and forth, rather than staying centered.
