So I have just tried my hand at printing and cutting stickers using the M1 Ultra and here is my issue:

I believe this has been asked before but i was unable to find a concrete solution and I'm hoping there is one…I am using only the M1 Ultra to create stickers. I use the multi module processing to first inkjet print, then using a fine point blade cut out the sticker the machine just printed.

New project, send snapshot to background, import sticker image, create outline, set settings, process, off we go.

Inkjet module works fine, printer does its thing, all good there. Then comes the part where it cuts it out. Everything was created in Xtool Stuido, preview looks great, print looks great, then… the cut is off-center.

I've read that if the variance between what you process and what it actually does is consistent (Mine seems to be about .035mm down) you can just build that into cuts, but that seems silly given what we are using here…

Is it possible that the inkjet image is off and the is fine, or vise versa? I'm at a loss here..

Has anyone been able to fix this without manually adjusting for a deviation every single time?

P.S: I also laser engraved and cut wood and that came out fine. Some user error being new to this of course but what the machine did and what i saw in Xtool Studio was identical. The issue only seems to happen when using the multi module. The only thing i haven't tried yet (seems pretty annoying) is doing the processes separately. Creating a print project and mirroring it into a cut project.
