hello there , first question on this forum , i acquire a F2 ultra since november 25 , and i've been trying different things since then , (cutting , engraving , embossing ) and recently i wanted to do some earing for my wife , since i had a piece of titanium laying around , i wanted to try doing it from this piece .

after a few try and errors , i found exactly the right settings . But then here comes the update …… 

i updated both the xtool studio and the firmware of the machine , and now i'm super piss********* 

i will try to explain why : 

• to do the earing, i create a shape and then a 2 mm circle ,to be able to attache it , so i had 2 elements , each named for the exemple A and B
  • before the updates , my cuting pass was      A => B , repeated several times ( AB,AB, AB ……) 
  • after the updates , it's A => complete then B 

the results in cutting the small hole is awfull because now it burns it litterally , i know what you are gonna say , try different setting , embossing …..  well after many , many hours it's still total garbage for me , before i had nice cutting edges on the small holes , because it could cool down between the two cuts !!!!!!! maybe it's something that the developpers haven't consider because they are only focusing on to reduce the time needed to do something but man it reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy piss******** me off .

i try waiting between each passes , change the speed , embosse it , and nothing .

i even tryed to downgrade the firmware on the F2 and i couldn't .

so if someone experience the same things , or something similar , please share with us (me???) 

PS : as someone mention it before , when the forum for the F2 will be create ????
