Hi, I'm having issue with ink module. When i use it, ink not being dispensed every time. if i start the first project, it works fine but if i restart the same process, the module doesn't dispens ink (if i try to clean, paper is full of colour). i can't understand the problem. i've changed cartridge (now i'm using a new one), i've cleaned it, i've done everything i see on website. the chat is useless because they try to answer, and when i try to explain the problem, they vanish… i've tried to contact them few times…but now i'm giving up…. i don't know if i'll give back the m1 ultra, even if it works good to cut wood with laser or to cut paper.  I need it for my job, but it will make me mad… :(
