Cannot establish USB connection with F2 Ultra UV.  Tried 3 different cables and two different computers.  Tested on the laptop that the F2 Ultra is connected to.  xTool Studio works fine with the F2 Ultra until a second USB cable is connected to the F2 Ultra UV, then it cannot recognize either machine.  It will not recognize the F2 Ultra UV and it doesn't show up as an option to add device.  xTool Studio version 1.1.10 is what's on the computer and it says it's the current version.

What software works with the xTool F2 Ultra UV laser?  Or, did I get a dud?
