I really hope someone can help me here.

 

So my xtool P2 was running fine, did a few hours work today. It was due its clean so I turned it off, took off the hose and the cover for the fan, and cleaned the fan and the cover. 

 

Please note here, I didnt do a thorough thorough clean. Every 2 weeks I do a quick 'dry clean' and just brush away any build up. And every month I do a 'wet clean' where i leave the parts overnight to dry. This time it was just a dry clean. 

 

I put it all back together as per the videos they show you, and its suddenly REALLY loud vibrations when I cut anything.

 

I have been in contact with Xtool and I'm essentially waiting for their technical team, and time zones don't help me here. But we did try some things.

 

She asked me to run the machine with the fan connected and in place, but without the cover and hose to check the fan, and it operated fine, no loud noises. 

 

The loud vibration noises only occur when the cover panel is reattached with the hose and i do not understand why, as everything seems aligned. 

 

Anyone have the answer or had this happen?

 

I NEED this machine for orders tomorrow so any help would be enormously appreciated.
