I bought the S1 bundle that comes with all the extras straight from the xTool site. After getting it home and unboxing, I went through all the tutorials after getting everything setup. Using the sample materials that come with the package and with using the pre-installed templates, I done a few projects just to get the feel of things. I then tried to engrave on one of the small wooden Keychain that comes with the sample kit but it did not engrave. As you can see in the video, it went through the motions like it was engraving but no results. I have tried: raising the power to 100 and speed to 10; cleaned the lens and lens cover; placed a new lenses cover over the lens; cleared the cache files; uninstalled and reinstalled the program; engaged the kill switch and reset the switch and none of these have worked. Anyone else have this issue?
