I have been using our companies new P2s to process all the companies plastic, but it cannot do any black to white plastic, as the smoke build up is horrible in the machine. No amount of changing settings or fan power makes a difference. All other materials are acceptable except this one. Anyone have any ideas? We have run dozens of tests at various speeds, powers, and lines per cm, but we are currently forced to cut plastic on the P2s and then run the engraving on the S1, which has very little smoke.
