If you ran into some problems during the process, please read on for solutions:
The smart fill function enables the device to recognize materials of the same shape, color, and specifications and process them all at once.
The baseplate is dirty or there are too many scratches on the baseplate. Therefore, the image cannot be recognized correctly.
Solution: Please check and clean the baseplate. You can also cover the scratches with black tape or ink to create a black background.
The color of the materials is too similar to that of the baseplate, making it difficult for the camera to recognize the materials.
Solution: Please paint the materials with white water-soluble paint before processing.
The lens of the camera is dirty, causing the images captured by it to be unclear or overexposed.
Solution: Please clean the lens of the camera with a cotton swab moistened with alcohol.
The materials’ color or size is different, while M1 can only batch-process one kind at a time.
Solution: Please categorize the different materials and batch process one kind at a time.
The design elements are not placed on the materials.
Solution: Please place your design elements on every material piece, and then click Smart fil
