Troubleshoot an Unresponsive Pedal/Button Switch with F1/F1 Lite

Issue description
If the Pedal or Button Switch fails to trigger any response after you click the "Start" button in the preview interface of xTool Creative Space (XCS) and press the switch to initiate your processing task, please refer to this guide for advice on troubleshooting.
Possible Causes
Incorrect Port Usage: The Pedal or Button Switch is connected to the wrong accessory port on F1/F1 Lite.
Damaged Accessory Port: The accessory port on F1/F1 Lite may be malfunctioning or damaged.
Pedal or Button Switch Malfunction: The Pedal or Button Switch itself may be malfunctioning.
Troubleshooting
Step 1: Confirm the correct port usage
Ensure that the Pedal or Button Switch is connected to the rear accessory port of F1/F1 Lite, as shown in the image below.
⚠️ Important: The side port is not compatible with the Pedal or Button Switch connection.
If this does not resolve the issue, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Replace the Pedal or Button Switch
In XCS, click "Start" to initiate a processing task for testing.
Press the Pedal or Button Switch to determine if it is functioning properly.
If the Pedal or Button Switch remains unresponsive, this indicates your accessory is experiencing failure and requires a replacement. Contact xTool Customer Service for further assistance and provide the relevant findings.
Step 3: Inspect the device’s accessory port
If the issue persists after replacing the Pedal or Button Switch, the issue may lie with a malfunctioning accessory port on F1/F1 Lite.
