When you download and install XCS for the first time, a pop-up window may appear in the lower right corner to remind you that your computer lacks a driver to support the operation of the device, please click "Install Now" to download the corresponding driver.

Driver installation is not a necessary step. For macOS, you do not need to install drivers manually. Most of the time, the window system does not need to be installed drivers manually.

Different drivers correspond to different models. You can download the drivers of the corresponding device. If you use different models of devices, you need to download all drivers.
  • CH340 Driver: For D Series
  • gs32 Driver: For S1
  • RNDIS Driver: For F1 Ultra, F1, M1 Ultra, M1, P2 Series

If you encounter problems when installing the driver, or if the driver installation fails, please refer to Troubleshooting of Driver Installation Failure.

If you are not sure that the driver caused the XCS connection problem, you can refer to One-stop service for troubleshooting connection issues.
