Q: What is the maximum continuous working time of the P2 machine?

A: The maximum continuous working time of the machine is 336 hours. Please note: 
1. Processing cannot be done when unattended. 
2. It is not recommended to cut continuously for more than 4 hours. After continuous cutting, the lens needs to be cleaned after a single project is cut.

Q: What is the maximum width of the material that can be processed by the Conveyor used with P2?
The technical parameters of P2 state that the maximum working area is 23.6 inch.

A: The bed size of P2 is 26.7 inch, but the widest bed that can fit in is 24.5inch. Being able to fit in does not mean that all can be processed.

Q: At what temperature of the P2 water tank will an alarm for high temperature or low temperature and stop processing?

A: Warning if the temperature is below 5℃ and above 35℃ Stop if the temperature is below 0℃ and above 40℃

Q: What are the ingredients of P2 antifreeze? Can it be used without antifreeze? What should customers buy locally as a substitute?

A: The antifreeze of P2 is designed with antifreeze + water. Water is used to cool the liquid, and antifreeze is used to prevent water from freezing when the ambient temperature is low.
The composition of antifreeze is Propanediol. Customers can use PROPYLENE GLYCOL (PGW) or ethylene glycol (EGW) to replace our antifreeze. However, we cannot provide a reference for the ratio of antifreeze to water when customers choose PGW/EGW, and we are not responsible for machine failures caused by incorrect ratios due to customer reasons. It is recommended that customers use our official antifreeze.
If the customer's area is located in the tropics and will not be lower than 0 degrees all year round, theoretically, antifreeze can be used without adding antifreeze. At this time, pure water can be used directly as antifreeze. However, for safety reasons, it is recommended to add antifreeze.
Note: In any case, try to add liquid for cooling, even pure water. It is forbidden to start the machine without adding any coolant.
