Introduction

This guide will show you what to prepare before inkjet printing processing for your xTool M1 Ultra.

Operation procedure

1. Remove the tape from the ink cartridge.
2. Gently press the nozzle plate a few times with a lint-free cloth or tissue to ensure the ink cartridges dispense properly.

3. For severe clogs, refer to the tutorials for soaking the nozzle plate.

4. Install the ink cartridge on the ink module and secure the left and right latches to lock it in place.

5. Ensure the inkjet module is securely mounted on the multi-function holder, the locking clamp is engaged, and the USB cable is correctly connected as shown in Pic 1.
6. Place the placing board in the lower right of the machine as shown in Pic 2 and apply the cleaning sticker on it.
7. Prior to inkjet printing, remove the bottom cover of the ink cartridge and place it on the placing board.

8. Position your material within the processing area.

9. Preparations are finished. You may begin inkjet printing now.
