This page describes how to install the frame fixing piece inside xTool M1 Ultra.

1. Remove the fine-point blade or drawing pen from the basic carriage first. Otherwise, it may scratch the screen. Skip this step if you haven't installed the fine-point blade or drawing pen.

2. Remove the screw on the baseplate.

3. Fit the frame fixing piece inside xTool M1 Ultra with the screw you've removed.

4. Flip the frame and screen over so the back side faces up.

5. Fit the frame and the fixing piece together, with the tabs inserted into the notches.

6. Connect xTool M1 Ultra to xTool Creative Space (XCS) to engrave on the screen.

Note: In screen printing, the frame is placed with the front side facing up. You may need to rotate and reflect the design objects based on how you will place your material.

xTool M1 Ultra supports the Screen preparation processing mode. After placing a screen inside xTool M1 Ultra, you can select the Screen preparation processing mode in XCS and engrave on the screen as prompted.
