To ensure the smooth operation of xTool S1, it's crucial to comprehend its processing area and measurable range. Let's take a detailed look at what you need to know.

Measurable Range

In an ideal scenario, xTool S1 boasts a trio of distinct areas, each with its own purpose:

Blue Area: XCS canvas

Green Area: Measurable area of distance sensor.

Red Area: Applicable area for Red Cross Laser positioning.

Actual Process Range

However, in practical scenarios, xTool S1 has its limitations. Only the white and gray areas (the canvas) in the below picture can be processed.

If you placed an element in thered area, you'll find yourself out of reach of the Red Cross. Consequently, the XCS software steps in to restrict distance sensor measurements here.

The green area exceeds hardware limitations, preventing the distance sensor from reaching and performing measurements.

Note: If an element is too close to the top edge of the canvas (the grey area), it goes beyond the measurable area and cannot be framed, but it can still be processed.
