About This Guide
- In some cases, we may advise checking if a port on the main control board and its connection cable are intact or properly inserted. This guide shows you what the ports are and their functions, so you can find the right one to check.
- For example, if the laser module makes noise when it moves or won't move at all, we may need you to check the X-axis motor port and the cable. Same, if there is an issue with the Y-axis movement, you can check the related ports and cables.
Note: Please disconnect the power supply before you check the main control board.
Note: Mind the color of the ports and the cables, which can help you match them.
The Functions of the Ports
In the following photo, each port is marked with a number.
The list next to it tells you the function of the ports in the order of the number.
