I noticed some odd and uggly half cuts / engravings on the edges of my product to cut.
After some investment it looks like this is caused by the vertical shiney bars in the honeycomb panel, because the distance of those ugly marks exactly matches the distance between the bars.
It really looks like when the laser cut's through the material and hit's these bar, the laser is reflected and make cut's from the bottom of the piece to cut. For now I moved back to cut on the slats, but I didn't buy the honeycomb panel for this. For me this looks like a structural side effect. Is anyone noticing this too?
