AP2 "Exceptions occur" Error on Airflow Level 4

Hi All,

I am hoping for some wisdom here since I have been battling with this for some time and going ack and forth with Tech Support for almost 2 months and still have the same error. The issue seems to be with filter 1 from what we have worked out after they replaced the unit, it continued to error, took out filter 1 and ran the unit again on Airflow 4 and did not have the same error. The error only happens on level 4. They sent me a new filter but now have the same issue with the new filter. I attached the pictures of my screens. I have yet to use my new M1 Ultra to make anything and would love to figure out how to fix this!
