I designed a puzzle in Inkscape.

It is composed of an outline and inner lines.

As the board sits 3mm above the honeycomb, I want the inner lines to be cut first and the outline last.

The S1 in auto-plan mode does the opposite.

 

I gave the lines different colors - the inner blue ones are on top in the layer section, but the S1 continous to start with the big circle.

 

Apparently for the S1 there is a user-define mode to set up the path.

However I am unable to find this “laser plane mode.”
