Has anyone had any luck using the P2 or any other laser with double layered acrylic? I'm  trying to create some outdoor name plates, and the material composed of two layers, the top being black in the bottom being white. The end result would hopefully be seeing white lettering with black surroundings.

in initial testing using my P2 I was getting a lot of shadowing burning around icons or letters, and the white isn't really showing up well. A lot of things I read online suggested turning off the air assist, but I know on the P2. You can only lower it to 30%. I'm curious if anyone has had any luck creating with this type of material I purchased from Amazon below.

I am using the honeycomb layer versus the individual slats. a lot of YouTube videos show this material being lasered without any type of plastic or paper covering the material. 

I tried the xtool suggestion settings below w bad results.
