Hi all,

I am reaching o.ut regarding an issue with my XTool S1 20W laser machine. I have conducted troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists, and I believe the control board may be at fault.

Issue Summary:

The machine turns on for about a minute before shutting off.  It stays on for up to 5 minutes sometimes.

It sometimes cycles on and off repeatedly, and after a while, it does not power on at all until left alone for some time.

Despite testing the power supply, cleaning the exhaust fan, and thoroughly cleaning the machine, I have been unable to resolve the issue.

I also tested the SD card, and no inconsistencies were found.

I have reformated the SD card

The machine still powers off with the sd card removed

The light front button stays on but the lights inside are off

The laser red cross is off

Possible Diagnosis:
While I am not an electrician, I suspect the control board may be the issue as I am unable to get consistent readings during testing.

I have also noticed a blue light that goes off when the machine is off.  I will attatch a picture below.
