Hello. Is anyone else having trouble reaching support? I have already opened a ticket and also written directly to service.de@xtool.com. Unfortunately, no response so far. The problem is that my M1 ultra with 10w laser is about a month old and in the middle of production the laser suddenly stopped working. It also smoked more than at the beginning. I set up and connected everything exactly according to the instructions. Can anyone help me here?
