Hello, I have an f1 machine, I try several times to engrave with the RA2 on a regular metal cup, the simplest there is. For some reason, every time I want to engrave, it engraves thin lines and not what I wanted at all, even if I try to make a frame before the process, it also shows me the thin lines. Please if anyone understands this and has concrete ways to let me know (perhaps incorrect settings on the device or incorrect connection). Please I'm tired of this.
