Engrave with RA2

Please if anyone can help me it is very important. I want to use RA2 with f1 with a metal cup to engrave a first name, every time I try it engraves small lines and fails to engrave properly. I would appreciate it if someone could explain to me what I am doing wrong in the assembly or in the software. (I wrote down the size/type of metal cup material/engraving). thanks
