購入したばかりですが焦点を合わせることが出来ません。

手動で赤ポインタは調整出来ますが青ポインタが中心から左に大きくズレています。

I just purchased it and cannot get it to focus.

I can manually adjust the red pointer but the blue pointer is way off center to the left.

無理矢理に青ポインタの位置に赤ポインタを合わせることは出来ますが中心から大きくズレてしまいます。

青ポインタを中心に移動させることは出来ませんか？

I can force the red pointer to align with the blue pointer, but it is far off center.

Is it possible to move the blue pointer to the center?

サポートの指示通りに赤ポインタを調整しましたが当然、上手く動作しません。
