I have to say that adjusting the red dot on the F1 Ultra has to be the most absurd designs possible.

1. You’re working blind trying to get the tool onto the lock screw. That can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.
2. Finding the hole to insert the tool to make the adjustment is also done blind so that’s another 5 or 20 minutes.
3. Making anything like a fine adjustment is nearly impossible since slight pressure doesn’t get the red dot to move at all then the slightest additional pressure makes it move a cm or more.
4. Then you’re back to working blind again to get the tool onto the lock screw which can cause the red dot to move so back we go to #1.

I’ve been at this for over an hour now to the point where the F1 Ultra has shutdown 2 or three times. It’s an absurd design.
