I am in the process of engraving on a Yeti tumbler. I did practice runs on a similar tumbler and all went well.

Now I am going to engrave on the one and only Yeti tumbler. I have everything set on the chuck, settings are set as per my practice tumbler. Framed good. 

but when I hit start to start the process, the laser head moves to the tumbler but just sits there. does not move over the tumbler or anything. I've waited like 30 seconds and nothing. 

I cancel the job and it takes the laser head maybe 2 minutes to move back to home. 

So what is going on and what can I do to correct this? As I've said, all practice tumblers worked fine.
