I have a D1 10w non-pro. It engraver letters perfectly but when I do any images, mostly military logos, it pauses and stutters through the entire image and sometimes errors and stops. An image that would normally take 15 min, may take 2 hours, of it makes it all the way through that is. I have cleaned the lens, it has very little time on the machine.
