Are you getting a “Sending file failed. Please try again later.” error when trying to frame you piece?  Here's the solution that I found through a lot of trial and error, and no help from the customer service, btw.  If you are using the 2.0 version of the Creative Space, and you try to frame on the “Object” tab you will get the error… so be sure you are on the “Process” tab.  It's as simple as that, but no where could I find a solution. I am brand new to this program (as of yesterday) and was getting very upset and frustrated because I couldn't get it to frame without giving me that error.  Hope this helps someone else who's new!!
