It's been 3 weeks since I first tried setting up my machine and tech support via email is TERRIBLE, just repeating questions they asked and I've answered before, no solutions… I paid the extra $300 for phone support but I don't have a number to call, for any real tech help. The only people iv's talked to was the US based help folks who ran me through the typical problems, apologized and said they have to elevate it to China. Since then, just useless emails, repeated questions, and days between communication… Can anybody suggest the best way to get meaningful help? I don't want to pursue a refund but quickly running out of options.
