I bought the smoke purifier for my S1 and it worked briefly, but now has almost no suction.  I have cleaned the filter, replaced the fuse, and had several back-and-forths with Xtool support.  The last time I talked with a support person he was concerned that my smoke purifier was indicating it had a problem because the light in the switch glows red and it beeps twice when I turn it on.

I have removed the filters and run the smoke purifier without any filters and it still has almost no suction.  I just did a small engraving project and the case of my S1 was filled with smoke when I finished.  i left the smoke purifier on for several minutes but it did not clear the smoke from inside the machine.

Without the smoke purifier attached the built in fan on the S1 blows the smoke out rapidly,  but unfortunately into my basement where I am sitting.

The manual for the smoke purifier has no guidance I can find on error messages, trouble shooting or resetting the machine.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
