I have followed the tutorial here; https://support.xtool.com/article/676?from=search&q=text%20weld but my text is not welded or connected.  I use the same parameters as the tutorial as far as size, typeface, style, spacing, and leading.  I select the text and click “Weld”.  “Weld” is highlighted a second, then hides.  The spacing between letters doesn't change, and the processed project is not connected.  To be clear, the spacing is set to 0.  I really need to master this so I am asking for help here.  By the way, I get the same results on 2 separate PCs.
