Has anyone ever gotten an actual helpful reply regarding the F1 Ultra Fiber laser losing its power out of the blue? Some times it works, then it doesn't and there is no real reason to why. It's a new machine which I barely use as I don't engrave much in my work overall, so again no reason this should not work. Every time I try to contact help they send in their AI bot which is not helpful as AI can not read the entire email properly when I explain what is not working.
