General terms
- Non-User Induced Failures: During the warranty period, if the machine malfunctions due to reasons other than user-induced damage or misuse, we will provide free replacement parts.
- User-Induced Failures: If the malfunction results from user-induced factors such as misuse, accidents, improper operation, or negligence, service fees will apply according to our after-sales service policy.
