What is "Lower the focus" in XCS?

The focus-lowering function is developed for laser cutting. By moving the laser module down to lower the focus, the cutting ability of the laser machine can be improved.

To cut a thick material, you can enable this function to ensure better cutting performance. After enabling Lower the focus, you can set the distance the focus is to be lowered by.

Setting range

Currently, this function is provided only for some xTool machines, and the setting range of the lowering distance varies according to machine, as described in the following table.
