Good day, guys, sorry for potential bad english!

So, i have a problem. We bought XTool F1 Ultra for some experimentation at my job, so none of us are specialists in this – we learn on the go. Our needs for a laser require frequent transportation between distant locations.

Usually we were packing our engraver in the box it came in (with outside protective filling) but without the inside boxes (2 of them). So, the laser was protected from outside, but empty in the working area.

The problem is – the upper part of the machine (the one which containes the laser module and moves up and down to focus) is now pointing ~3° to the ground. It is not even with the protective shield. Seems like constant moving/vibrations caused it to bend or loosen, i hope for the latter.

So, anybody had the same issue? Is it permanent damage or i can dissasemble the machine and tighten some screws to fix it?
