HI all,

When trying to cut XTools own 3mm Basswood on my new S1, I'm concerned that I'm not getting full power from the 20W module. The recommended settings for this product are 100% X 9mm/sec x 1 pass.

I've found that these settings are only getting half way through. A setting of 100% X 7 X 2 passes is necessary. Do I have a problem here?
