Today, when I turned it on as usual, I heard a strange noise, and when I lifted the lid, I saw the module as low as it could go.
When I turned it off, the module went up, but when I turned it back on, it kept going down, hitting the bottom of the springs, causing the noise I heard.
The last time I used it, there were no problems, but I remember updating the firmware.
Has this happened to anyone else?
